Decision support system on quality assessment of the prospective civil servant’s education and training using fuzzy method

<p>This study aims to develop a decision support system using the fuzzy method in order assess quality of education and training prospective civil servants highlight possible improvement considerations. The assessment consists six criterias, namely coaches, lecturers, preachers, mentors, examiners, administrators. Based on evaluation result level each criterion, it is obtained that top two criterion are examiners followed by advisors, lowest organizer. In addition, servant class III better than II training. It also shows value organizers has different satisfactions. Overall, (according participants' opinion) was very good with score 92.50 for 95.20 III. Furthermore, necessary conduct research determine year looking at achievements participants. >system testing an accuracy 100%, whichs implies can be used appropriately.</p>
